A center bonded leather writing surface adds to the prestige, and the relaxed rustic Antique Slate finish has the look of natural wood bathed in sunshine. Functional elements include a center drawer with a drop-front for keyboard use; two drawers with one removable writing insert and pencil tray for use in either drawer and three slots with two removable dividers in each drawer. All drawers have strong, time-tested English or French dovetail construction, for years of problem-free use. Plywood drawer bottoms are attached to plywood drawer sides for strength and durability. Metal side guides or wood on wood guide systems operate smoothly.

Our high-fashion custom upholstery by Sam Moore Furniture is manufactured in Bedford, Va. Much of our upscale leather upholstery line is manufactured in Hickory, N.C. by Bradington-Young. Hooker also imports an extensive line of wood bedroom, living room accents, dining room, home office and home entertainment furniture and some leather furniture from factories around the world. These include factories in Asia, Mexico and Central America. The design and engineering of these imported furnishings is all carefully overseen by Hooker or Bradington-Young in compliance with our high quality standards.
Hooker is known as an active, contributing corporate citizen in the Virginia and North Carolina communities in which we work and live.
